My name is Leighton Kear, and I’m a voice actor based in Northwest Arkansas. I first got my start in theater in junior high school where I discovered my passion for acting, but my love for voice acting goes back even further to when I was just a kid trying to annoy my sister with silly voices. My love for voice acting only grew when I got deep into Dungeons and Dragons as a dungeon master, learning to voice hundreds of different characters on the fly to immerse my players in a cooperative storytelling experience.

After graduating University of Arkansas with an information systems degree, I decided to pursue my original passion of acting. I’ve studied traditional acting in both high school and college, and post graduation I’ve studied the art of voice acting under industry legend Steve Blum and Arkansas’s very own Jen Sweeney.

As a long time gamer and avid enthusiast of animated shows, my dream is to one day voice some of my favorite characters from those medias. I also love to cosplay and dress up as some of my favorites, pictures of which I upload to my social medias down below!
